To maintain a productive and engaged community, all members are expected to participate consistently. Our attendance guidelines are as follows:
-
Members are allowed up to three (3) absences per year. Exceeding this may affect membership standing.
-
In-person attendance is required; FaceTime or conference call-ins are not permitted to ensure meaningful interaction and networking.
-
Members are strongly encouraged to attend every meeting to maximize connections, contribute insights, and support the group’s growth.
-
If a member is unable to attend, a business owner or employee may stand in to represent the company and maintain continuity.
-
Members are expected to arrive on time and stay for the duration of the meeting to respect others’ time and uphold a professional environment.
-
Active participation, including sharing knowledge, asking questions, and engaging with fellow members, is key to the success of both the individual and the group.
